Terms of Service
The rules for using Xcodes IPTV — written in plain English so you can actually read them before you sign up.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the Xcodes IPTV website at xcodesiptv.cam and the streaming subscription we provide ("the Service"). When you start a trial, buy a plan, or sign in to the player, you're telling us you've read these Terms and you agree to them. If anything below doesn't sit right with you, please stop and don't use the Service.
1. Accepting These Terms
You accept these Terms the moment you create an account, start the free trial, complete a checkout, or load credentials we send you into a player. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cookies Policy. Read those too — they're short, and together they cover everything that matters.
2. Who Can Use the Service
To subscribe you need to be 18 or older, or the legal age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. You also need to be able to enter a binding contract under the laws of your country. If you're signing up on behalf of a household, you confirm that every viewer in that household meets the age rule.
- One subscriber per account, with one billing email.
- The Service is for personal, in-home viewing — not for bars, gyms, hotels, or any commercial venue.
- We don't actively serve regions covered by international sanctions; if local law where you are bans IPTV-style streaming, this isn't for you.
3. Your Account
You're in charge of your own login. Pick a strong password, don't share it, and tell us right away if you think someone else got hold of it.
- Give us a working email — that's where renewal reminders and your login go.
- Keep your account info current. Bad email = missed renewals.
- You're responsible for everything that happens under your credentials, including any extra usage that breaks the device cap on your plan.
- We can ask you to verify your identity if we spot anything suspicious on the account.
4. What the Service Is
Xcodes IPTV streams live TV channels and on-demand titles over the internet to compatible players and devices. The catalog is large — 10,000+ live channels and 60,000+ movies and series at the time of writing — but the exact lineup changes. Channels come and go, EPG metadata shifts, and licensors add or pull content with little warning. That's the nature of live broadcast rights, and nothing in these Terms is a promise that any single channel or title will be available for the whole length of your subscription.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
- Prices are shown in US dollars unless your local checkout shows a different currency. Local taxes or processor fees may be added at the cart.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual — until you cancel.
- We send a reminder email before each renewal. It's your job to cancel before the renewal date if you don't want to continue.
- Payments are handled by independent processors (card networks, PayPal, and supported crypto rails). We don't see or store your full payment details.
- Promotional rates are honored for the first billing cycle only. After that, the regular published price applies on renewal.
6. Free Trial
We offer a short free trial — usually 24 hours — so you can test channel quality, EPG, and player compatibility before you pay. One trial per household, one trial per email. The trial includes the full channel list and won't auto-bill; we never put a hold on a card during the trial. If you decide to upgrade, the paid plan starts when you complete checkout.
7. Refund Policy Reference
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. The short version: a money-back window applies to first-time purchases that haven't streamed beyond the threshold listed there. Renewals, partial-month cancellations, and refused chargebacks aren't refundable. The full rules — including the time window and the streaming threshold — are on that page.
8. Acceptable Use
Use the Service for personal viewing on your own devices. Stay within the simultaneous-stream limit of your plan. Be a good neighbor on the network. That's basically all we ask.
You agree not to:
- Resell, rent, sublicense, or share your credentials with anyone outside your household.
- Run bots, scrapers, headless crawlers, or any automated tool against our servers.
- Try to copy, capture, re-stream, or redistribute any content we deliver.
- Reverse-engineer the player, the backend, or any DRM the Service relies on.
- Use the Service for public showings, commercial broadcast, or any income-generating activity.
- Overload our network with high-volume requests, denial-of-service traffic, or anything designed to disrupt other subscribers.
If we catch you doing any of the above, we'll suspend or terminate the account on the spot, and no refund applies.
9. Intellectual Property
All channels, on-demand titles, EPG data, logos, and metadata are owned by the broadcasters, studios, or licensors that produced them. Xcodes IPTV does not claim ownership of that content. The Xcodes IPTV name, logo, site design, copy, and player UI are ours — please don't copy them. Your subscription is a personal license to view licensed content through the Service; it isn't a transfer of any rights in that content.
10. Service Availability and Disclaimers
We work hard to keep the Service up around the clock, and we publish uptime numbers we're proud of. That said, no internet service is perfect, and we provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We don't warrant that every channel will be reachable at every moment, that EPG will be 100% accurate, or that the Service will be free of bugs, latency, or downtime caused by events outside our reach.
We're not liable for outages caused by:
- Your home internet, Wi-Fi, router, or ISP routing issues.
- Device hardware faults or operating-system updates that break a player.
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance on our infrastructure.
- Upstream provider outages, licensing changes, or content takedowns.
- Force-majeure events such as natural disasters, war, civil unrest, regulatory action, or major internet-backbone failures.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xcodes IPTV, its operators, staff, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages tied to your use of the Service. That includes lost profits, lost data, lost time, and missed sporting events. Where liability cannot be excluded under your local law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim under these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Xcodes IPTV and its operators harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party that arises from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law in connection with the Service.
13. Termination
You can cancel any time. Reach out via our contact page or message us on WhatsApp through the button in the corner of the site. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access for the rest of the period you've already paid for.
We can also terminate or suspend the account, with or without notice, if:
- You breach these Terms, especially anything in Section 8.
- A payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable time.
- We're legally required to stop providing service to your region or to your account specifically.
- We close down a particular plan or shut the Service entirely (in which case we'll pro-rate any unused time).
14. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may update these Terms when the law, the product, or our payment partners change. When that happens, we'll bump the "Effective" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, send an email or post a notice in your account. If you keep using the Service after the new Terms go live, you accept them. If you don't agree, cancel and stop using the Service before the new version takes effect.
We may also tweak features, channel lineups, plan structures, and pricing for new sign-ups. Existing paid plans run out at the price you agreed to.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by general principles of international commercial law and, where applicable, the law of the jurisdiction in which the operator is registered. Any dispute starts with a good-faith negotiation between you and our support team — most issues are resolved at this stage. If we can't reach a solution within thirty days, the dispute goes to binding arbitration in a neutral venue. Nothing in this section blocks either side from seeking emergency relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop ongoing breaches.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the policies they link to, are the entire agreement between you and Xcodes IPTV about the Service. If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still apply. Our failure to enforce a right on one occasion isn't a waiver of that right later. You may not transfer your account to anyone else without our written go-ahead; we can transfer our rights and obligations as part of a reorganization or sale of the business.
17. Contact
